About Quest for Food
We are a family-owned small business located in rural Saskatchewan. Both Kurt and Deb have extensive experience in various aspects of the food industry.
We started our freeze-drying journey in late 2021. Because of rising costs and food shortages, we became interested in long-term food storage. After much research, we decided to build a commercial kitchen onto our home and started to build our freeze drying business. In April 2022, Quest for Food attended our first farmers market and became officially available to the public.
