Our Story

Our freeze-drying journey began in late 2021, after spending years in various positions of the food industry, Due to rising costs and food shortages, we had grown an interest for long-term, quality food storage. After spending many hours researching and perfecting our craft; we built a commercial kitchen onto our home in rural Saskatchewan, and developed our business. Within a year of starting our journey, Quest for Food attended our first farmers market, and the rest is history.

Quest for Food originated with the goal of producing affordable, nutritious meals and treats for all Canadians.
